I really wanted to love this book. My husband is Filipino, so I was super excited to read a book by a Filipino author. The story was predictable. I figured out the killer at the dinner party. Lila could be a bit annoying at times and some of the dialog seemed silly. I may continue with the series, but I’m just not too sure!
One cool thing is that I got this book at The Strand while on vacation in New York.
