For Valentine’s Day, I bought my husband and me safety kit with all the essentials, water filters, first aide, tents and sleeping bags. He wasn’t too impressed. The gift wasn’t romantic, it was practical. I also bought a solar power crank radio and charger. I don’t even know where we have a flashlight, but I have lots of batteries! I recently bought a fire blanket. I need to get a first aide kit, bigger than the one that came with the bag. We have bottled water, but not enough and we drink what we have. I can cans of food in the pantry and a can opener. I know we need more. I also have matches. I have extra dog food for our fur babies. Other than that, I’m hoping for the best.
