If I could give up one word that I use regularly, it would be “right”. I use it often, way too often, especially when telling a story. For example, “I went to Disneyland, right, and I had so much fun!” I don’t need people to agree with me. So why do I say, right?

I don’t think I hold grudges. I want to just let things go. I think life is so much easier if you don’t hold a grudge. I feel more at peace. If I hold a grudge, then that means the other person has control over me, so I just let it be.

I don’t have an image of my ideal home. There are so many styles I love. I’d love to live in a penthouse in New York City, or live in a beach house along the coast. It’s not so much the house itself. It’s the location and who you share it with that counts.

I blog because this is the closet thing I will ever be to a writer. I admire those who can tell a story and set it to paper. I wish I had that gift.
